Being an integral part of a bride and groom's wedding day is not something the team at The Wild Boar take for granted. Usually many months of planning have brought them to the 'I do' moment. After all the hard work and the joy and emotion of the day, our wedding co-ordinator, Emma, and the team are thrilled when they are able to keep in touch with the happy bride and groom.

Andy and Beth recently held their wedding reception at Low Wood Bay, following a ceremony at a local church. We are thrilled that they shared with us details of their wedding along with photos of their wedding celebrations.
In the days leading up to Andy and Beth Wright's wedding, the weather forecasts were dismal - 'Gale force winds and snow to make way for cloudy Bank Holiday weekend'  was the prophecy  of doom from one leading newspaper.
Easter Monday dawned, the mist parted and it turned out to be one of the most glorious days of the year to date. In her own words, Beth tells us why Low Wood Bay has a special place in her heart and shares a few memories from their beautiful wedding day. (more…)
