New FBX Class Gives Your Workout an Extra Boost

We’ve added FBX Fat Burn Extreme to the exciting range of classes at The Health Club at Low Wood Bay. Already massive in Scotland, America, Australia, South East Asia, we are among the first to catch the wave in England.   

Work to your Max

Here are the fundamentals of FBX. Each class is just 30 minutes, including the warm up and cool down phase. It’s a fixed 20 minutes blast of body weight exercises where there are no dictated rest periods. This means participants will work at their max until failure, and rest only for recovery. The layout of the class means that all participants, no matter their age, gender and current fitness capabilities, they can work to their max workload.

The FBX workout has been specifically designed to develop quality lean muscle and breakdown visceral fat stores. Proven to increase speed, strength and power, aerobic and anaerobic endurance this class will leave you feeling that you’ve worked hard. Once you’ve recovered your breath you will feel energised, motivated and ready to take on the rest of your day.

Safe in our Hands

The FBX course that Nathan, Emma and Kalum was led by Kasia, a Master Trainer, and Ursula, a Course Instructor.  We took a full day learning the correct techniques to instruct the class effectively and safely. We also got to experience and a take part in two classes ourselves, as if we were the participants.

A single 30 minute FBX class is a really great workout. Two FBX workouts in one day takes it to a new level! We were all a little bit ‘zombiefied’ straight after the second workout, but as soon as we cooled down we were all energized and hyped up to be teaching these awesome fitness classes.
