We all know how it goes. Eat to excess in December. Hit the gym in January. Feel the fatigue in February. Go AWOL around March. Never fear, help is here! Fitness Instructor, Andy Hallewell, assures us that there are ways to kick this annual cycle of good intention’s that too often nose dive. Here are three top tips to get you back on track.

Find something you enjoy doing 

May sound simple, but you are far more likely to stick with something that you enjoy rather than something that feels like a chore. If you don’t enjoy cardio, lift weights! There is literally something for everyone – try a variety of activities and sports until you find your happy. 

Go to a fitness class

You are guaranteed to push yourself harder in a class environment and they also offer variety. There are loads to choose from, indoor and outdoor. Try as many as you can to find the right one for you. It is also a great way to get out and meet new people. 

You can’t out train a bad diet!

Eating the correct foods to fuel your workout is essential. Have an idea of the goal you are trying to achieve. Is it for sports performance or aesthetics? Then structure your diet accordingly.
